Our Story
It all started the summer quarter of 98 at Cal Poly. Tho just got back from a co-op and
Stacey was finishing up her B.S. in MIS. The school was pretty much empty and so was their place of residency,
Mustang Village. Rachael Nguyen, Stacey's roommate and Tho's high-school friend, invited Tho to her graduation
ceremony at the Cal Poly Mustang Stadium. Tho gladly attended and was rewarded with a pleasant surprise.
Following the ceremony, Tho searched for Rachael to share the joy, but found Stacey first. They greeted
each other with a friendly hugged and neither one thought much of it.
During the start of the summer quarter, Tho, Rachael and Stacey hung out every now and then. But with
each occasion, someone was secretly eyeing another person. The defining moment was during an HTML lesson.
Tho was there to receive an HTML lesson from Stacey. Surely enough, he got to "study" what he was interested
in. After the HTML lesson, Tho worked up the courage to ask Stacey out for a date.

On their first date, they made their way to Santa Barbara. Everything went well, except the part where
Tho got lost and they both walked for miles until they stumbled upon a restaurant. Following the awesome
date, they ran into their first hurdle. The summer quarter was quickly coming to an end, and Stacey was
going to start her career with HP in Vancouver, WA. The only way around the hurdle was to transfer monetary
funds to the telephone and airline industries, and that was what they did.
After a quarter passed and lots of donations to the telephone and airline companies, the two met face to
face again. It was Christmas of 1999. They were relishing in the time they shared together. But, of course
all good things come to an end, actually more like a pause. It wasn't until spring break of 2000 that things
started to pick up. Tho was finally done with his educational goals, and was ready to meet the real world.
He started his career with Compumotor up in Rohnert Park, CA. Meanwhile, Stacey was still up in Vancouver, WA.
Again, they continued to allocate funding to the telephone and airline industries. Eventually, they agreed
that San Jose would be their mutual meeting ground and that the telephone and airline tickets were growing
out of control. Stacey accepted an offer with Agilent Technologies and moved back to San Jose first. Shortly
afterwards, Tho relocated back to San Jose to work for Applied Materials.
Our relationship grew stronger and Tho decided to propose to Stacey in Oct. 2001. Since Stacey will be done
with her MS degree in April 02, they decided to choose June 15, 2002 to celebrate theirlove among family and
friends. Tho and Stacey have been very busy getting everything ready. They're looking forward to seeing all of their friends
on the big day. This website will be updated frequently; so don't forget to visit it again.
